Although we work on all makes and models of computers, we work on computers in the following priority order:

Why this order? Businesses need their computers for their day to day operations. They cannot afford to have down time. This is why most area businesses (savvy businesses) do not purchase name brand computers. Many parts are proprietary and need to be special ordered, while computers built by computer companies such as ours use standard off-the-shelf parts.
One of my favorite examples that illustrates this best was when one Friday morning a local medical billing company turned on their payroll computer and Nothing happened. They brought it to our service department. While it wasn't one of our PCs, it was a white box, and ten minutes and a $40 power supply later the customer was out the door with a working computer. If it had been a name brand PC, it could have been down for a week or longer.
